This tired, old pool on Sanibel Island was due for a facelift. We extended the deck considerably and added a new screen enclosure with picture windows to open up the beautiful view. The customer has impeccable taste and selected the Quarziti 2.0 porcelain pavers by Belgard. Porcelain pavers are a relatively new offering (at the time of this writing) and we were excited to accommodate them. New waterline tile, Silver Pearl interior finish and a Designer Series hand rail altered this dated design in to a show piece for many years to come.

This old pool was in desperate need of renovation. It was cracked in several places and later determined that the original shell didn’t have any structural rebar within it. Instead of repairing the various cracks and refinishing the pool, the customer made the wise decision of installing a new shell within the existing one. While doing so, we brought the single-drain system up to code with a dual-drain system. We removed the ladder and added a bench as a means of egress from the deep end. We shot the shell low to allow for the new brick coping to sit flush with the existing concrete deck. The customer chose an interesting tile from Luv Tile, Aqua Blue interior finish by StoneScapes, and some mosaic clown fish on the steps and bench to personalize it a bit.
This pool went from being an eye sore to something beautiful. Once the homeowner puts a fresh coat of paint on the deck, they’ll have something truly remarkable.

This renovation in Windstar revitalized a tired, old back yard in to something bright and beautiful. The old pavers were removed with new Sunset travertine coping and decking installed. Two layers of old tile was removed from the pool with new tile installed and a new Silver Pearl interior finish. We filled in several planter areas with travetine, extending their useful deck and walkway space. The ficus hedge was removed, exposing the privacy wall and allowing it to be faced with a natural flagstone veneer. The deck steps and stem wall was faced with travertine with lighting installed. The travertine was carried throughout the walkway along the house and to the driveway. A planter wall was added to the courtyard in from of the home.

Below is a project gallery of a spa addition with a paver deck renovation. We cut in to the existing pool shell, structurally attaching the new spa steel and shooting the new gunite spa. We raised the pool beam to accommodate for the new deck elevation. We replaced the 6″ waterline tile with a 12″ glass & stone tile that really added a lot to the design. Nice pavers and a new Silver Pearl interior finish made for a beautiful result.

Pool, spa and deck renovation in Windstar On Naples Bay. We did a travertine overlay on the existing concrete deck; replaced the tired, old tile with a glass and stone mosaic blend (Fusion – Brown) and filled in the dated glass block spillway, installing a new granite spillway. We finished it off with a new Silver Pearl interior finish for a fresh, new look that will hold up for years to come.

This Fort Myers renovation project had old, river rock decking and a tired interior finish. We replaced the river rock with travertine, added the travertine coping, deck jets, new tile and Florida Pearl interior finish.
